Jet-setting with a curation of vacation brands to Mexico-based resort, Costa Palmas, for “Destination Moda” partnership.
Moda Operandi and Costa Palmas hosted an exclusive three-day retreat transporting both attendees and brand voyeurs to it’s stunning, all-new resort in Mexico. Who’s on the list? Costa Palmas’ guests and residents, Moda Operandi VIP clients, Moda Insiders, and designers—all brought together to experience adventure, wellness, and style in the beautiful Baja California Sur.
Objective: Develop a VIP client-first experience to activate new VIP stylist connections and to target existing customers within the Moda Network. Promote Moda Operandi’s unique seasonal product offering and position it in context to Moda Operandi’s core costumer and lifestyle.
Solution: Built an omni-channel program, called “Destination Moda,” promoting vacation-wear and a travel lifestyle. Secured brand partnerships with select vacation brands to help co-op experience and to cut overhead costs for Moda Operandi. Brokered partnership with Costa Palmas resort allowing Moda Operandi’s stylist network to activate new and existing top-tier clients at the start of the vacation season.

A Destination Showroom
To build brand awareness and stylist connection with high net worth Four Season’s customers, Moda Operandi opened an exclusive pop-up showroom at Costa Palmas displaying the best of it’s vacation wardrobe essentials—from Cult Gaia to Posse to Ulla Johnson to Ganni.
Invitations & Collateral Development
“Destination Moda” was brought to life through color, shape and illustration. Utilizing core brand colors and referencing iconic forms and textures present on the Costa Palmas property, Moda Operandi developed an iconography system to be used across all event, showroom and marketing communications.
Commissioned and partnered with local artist, Rocca Luis Cesar, to develop an illustration style relevant and true to the Baja region. Portraits of guests were gifted as art upon arrival to the resort.
Editorial Support
To tie Moda Operandi’s content and seasonal editorial to this tentpole moment, a vacation-edit was produced featuring partnership brands—this created a truly omni-channel experience for guests and customers on all touch points. The editorial also served as a promotional tool for the resort and experience. Entire content team was sourced locally—including photographer Ricardo Romas.
